Hawai Kona is one of the most prestigious coffees in the world, known for its exceptional balance and refinement. This coffee offers a round sweetness, a light acidity and subtle wine-like notes that culminate in a long and elegant aftertaste.

The coffee grows on the slopes of the Mauna Loa and Hualālai volcanoes, in the Kona region on the island of Hawaii. Thanks to the unique microclimate — sunny mornings, rain in the afternoon and fertile volcanic soils — this coffee develops its typical smooth and balanced character.

With its harmonious profile, Kona is an ideal coffee for both enthusiasts and those looking for a premium and accessible specialty coffee.

The Kona region is located on the flanks of the Mauna Loa and Hualālai volcanoes in Hawaii. In this relatively small area of about nine square kilometers there are hundreds of small family plantations.

Coffee cultivation dates back to 1828, when the first Arabica plants were introduced from Brazil by Samuel Ruggles. Today, Kona coffee is still grown with great care by small producers who focus on quality and tradition.

Due to the tropical microclimate — sheltered from wind, morning sun and afternoon rain — the coffee berries ripen slowly and develop a refined and balanced flavor profile.

Hawaii is the only state in the United States that produces coffee. The Kona region is known worldwide as one of the most prestigious coffee regions, despite its relatively small production.

Thanks to its volcanic soil, constant temperatures and unique weather conditions, this region produces coffees with exceptional balance, soft acidity and a characteristic round sweetness.

Due to limited production and high demand, Kona coffee is scarce and is one of the most exclusive coffees in the world. To guarantee authenticity, only coffee produced entirely in the region is sold as "100% Kona coffee".
