When can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order as soon as you receive a confirmation email from us that it is ready.
How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your payment. Once your order has been shipped, delivery will be monitored by PostNL.
Please note that any delays at PostNL may have an impact on the final delivery time. In that case, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the standard delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. Naturally, we will do everything we can to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
From what amount is free shipping available?
We offer free shipping for orders over €100.
For orders under this amount, standard shipping costs will be charged and clearly displayed during checkout.
