Delivery - execution
 

    1. The delivery period communicated to the customer by DEPREZ nv-Viva Sara is purely informative and not binding. Delay in delivery cannot give rise to compensation for damages from the customer and cannot be a ground for dissolution of the agreement or refusal of delivery. This provision does not affect the common law provisions with regard to consumers.
    2. In the event that the parties have exceptionally provided a binding delivery period in accordance with Article 1.3., the customer will, to the exclusion of any other claim or compensation, only be entitled to cancel the order if the effective delivery date exceeds the originally proposed delivery date by more than 30 calendar days. Any advances paid regarding canceled orders will be refunded by DEPREZ. This arrangement does not affect the common law arrangement insofar as the customer is a consumer.
    3. Unless expressly agreed in writing in accordance with Article 1.3, delivery takes place by handing over the goods to the warehouse of DEPREZ (ex works) in Anzegem. The transport of the goods is at the customer's own risk and the costs of transporting the goods are always borne by the customer. This arrangement applies without prejudice to the common law regulations insofar as the customer is a consumer.
    4. DEPREZ reserves the right to work with subcontractors for the provision of maintenance and repair services.
    5. Free shipping within Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg for orders over 100 euros. Free delivery to our collection points.
    6. Viva Sara works with PostNL for the delivery of its products. From April 11, 2021, PostNL will only visit you once.
