Colombia Finca Filadelfia is a special coffee that brings together craftsmanship, family and terroir. This single origin comes from a unique family farm where multiple generations work together around one shared passion: quality coffee. Each family member manages their own part of the land, but together they continue to build on their parents' heritage. In the cup you taste a refined and balanced coffee with elegant floral aromas and soft notes of ripe peach. The flavor profile is clear and delicate, with a natural softness that lingers for a long time. Thanks to careful cultivation, various varieties and innovative processing methods, this coffee perfectly shows what Colombia has to offer. Colombia Finca Filadelfia is an excellent choice for those who love specialty coffee with nuance, elegance and a story that you can keep discovering.

The Filadelfia Farm is a unique family legacy, divided among twelve brothers and sisters, but united in their purpose. Each family member manages a part of the farm, identified by a number, but their shared passion for coffee unites them. They keep the farm's original name in honor of their parents; it is more than just land; it is a testament to their family ties and dedication to coffee growing.

They grow various varieties, such as pink bourbon, gesha, tabi, caturra, castillo and pacamara. In addition to coffee, they also grow tomatoes, beans, peas, corn and bananas. This contributes to their self-sufficiency, but also provides shade and nutrients. Their farm borders a small nature reserve that provides excellent soil for their coffee crops and supplies water, which is essential.

Ramon Hoyos became the country's main administrator after his brother moved to the city. This role brought new responsibilities, helping shape the farm's future while honoring its rich past. His innovative spirit is evident in his own on-site laboratory. Here he conducts experiments with new, alternative processing methods and shares these developments with local residents, turning Filadelfia into a center of knowledge and innovation for the entire coffee community and the young generation.

Colombia is the largest producer of Arabica beans and the third largest coffee producer in the world, after Brazil and Vietnam. The immense production is mainly realized on one of the 500,000 small plantations in the country.
