- 1 pineapple
- 170 grams white sugar
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 225 grams butter
- 180 grams honey
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 vanilla beans
- 270 grams flour
- half a teaspoon baking powder
- half a spoon bicarbonate of soda
- 35 ml rum
- 1 bottle Alain Milliat Pineapple Juice 20 cl
- Teaspoon cinnamon and clove powder
