The De Cock family from Ostend is deeply rooted in the baking world. Not surprising when you know that the family has been baking since 1855 and is now in its seventh generation. But when Luc received barista training from Peter about ten years ago, the coffee spark was completely lost. At the beginning of this year, the family launched a very innovative gem on the Oosteroever market: Oosterbrood.
