Black tea and Rum cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 black tea bags (classic)
  • 1 liter water
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 fresh peach or nectarine
  • 1 orange
  • 8 tablespoons rum
  • ice cubes

Preparation

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Pour the water into the teapot and hang the tea bags in it. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Remove the bags and dissolve the sugar in the tea while stirring. Let the tea cool and place it in the refrigerator. Divide the nectarine and orange into wedges and put a few wedges in each glass. Then pour 2 tablespoons of rum into each glass, add some ice cubes, and pour the tea over it.
